clearly states our cancellation policies. For the most part, cancellation fees are not added to an account unless the patient has had previous cancellations on record. We have reached out to the patient via phone this morning in order to answer any questions that they may have in regards to the claim reported. As a courtesy, we have also written off the $75 fee in an effort to resolve this amicably.
