Review: Signed contract with [redacted], pd in full (checks), more work completed and [redacted] asked for extra money (cash) than quoted. Work is terrible. Paid for a retaining wall, water coming out of retaining wall, not drainage pipes, erosion everywhere, crack in driveway, damage to foundation of house, broke barbeque grill, central air conditioning damaged, flooding of driveway, grading of property horrible (can't mow lawn anymore), all work is not symetrical. After showing problems to [redacted], he on the next day left invoice stating [redacted] was satisfied with work. [redacted] threatened to come on property with excavator and remove all work done. [redacted] threatened mechanic's lien on house. Original contract states for extra work another contract will be signed by both parties before work is started, no contract signed.Desired Settlement: I do not feel I owe him more money, in fact because of all of the damage to my property and the neighbors property, I feel I should receive some amount of a refund. I will have to hire another contractor to come and fix all problems.
