First I want to say sorry for in convenienceThe service for a manicure is and the waxing is The cashier miss count so she add more .the customer call in my wife was trying to explain what happened.she get mad as my wife and hung up the phone.the customer was coming to our shop
and asked how much for manicure and waxing?we told her 39.she knows exactly what going on

I am rejecting this response because:It was inappropriate for the business to tell me the cost, allow me to pay that cost, and then go back & charge my card for more money after the fact & without my knowledgeIt is unsettling to think that they could be storing my information for future fraudulent use.
