The technician inspected behind the headboard, the box springs, the mattress, thedresser including the drawers and any other furniture present in the room at the time.There was no bedbug activity found at the time of the inspection.

Review: ON 3/11/2015 I CHECKED INTO THE RODEWAYY INN UNIVERSITY AFFTER 8PM. AROUND 5:45 I WAS WAKEN BY MY PARTNER COMPLAINING OF ITCHING AND BURNING.WE WOKE UP LOOKING AROUND TO SEE IF WE COULD FIND ANYTHING IN THE BED.CRAWLING FROM THE PILLOW WAS A BUG AFTER CATCHING IT AND KILLING THE BUG WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHERE I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER TO GET IN. NOONE EVER CAME TO THE ROOM I GATHER MY THINGS AND WENT TO THE FRONT DESK I SHOWED HER THE BUG SHE FROWNED HER FACE AND AGAIN SAID I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER.I CALLED THE MANGER EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAPPENED HE SAID HE WAS NOT WLLING TO GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE I STAYED OVER NIGHT AND USED THE SHOWER.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND THE FACT THAT I USED THE SHOWER SHOULD NOT MATTER I NOTIFIED FRONT DESK. AND I ALSO SHOWED PROOF OF THE BUG FILLED WITH BLOOD. MY CHECK OUT TIME WAS 11:00 AM NOT 6 AM
