Review: I origionally checked in for business purposes with my young daughter for a few days,however I had to cut my trip short because the hotel was in such dismay.
from sat-wed I only received a maid come service the room once..No screen in the room,window didnt lock,blood on the sheets,cobb webs in the room,holes in the floor.
they refused to take my discount card and my choice rewards card...I reported my concerns and they were very rude and started yelling at me..my child was so scared that she couldnt sleep..I requested another room and I was told no I couldnt get one..The microwave in the room didnt work.The breakfast was stale..stale bagels ..old coffee..I was told that I couldnt check out..I took pictures of the [redacted] sheets in such to show the filt that this hotel is in..no customer srvice what so ever..They refused to give me the number to the main office and my receipt for the charges for services that I never received..Desired Settlement: Im requesting a partial payment back if not the entire sum back..This was a complete nightmare..Ive never been treated as such..

Review: My husband and I stayed in the Rodeway Inn in Butte, Mt. the night of June 28th. We forgot our two pillows when we checked out the next morning. On the afternoon of June 29th, I called the hotel and asked if they had our pillows. I talked to [redacted]. She said she had the pillows and if I gave her our credit card information she would mail them to us. I gave her the payment information and we have still not received the pillows. I have called her every two to three days to see if she has mailed them yet and she says she has not had time. I also talked with [redacted] and [redacted]. They both said the pillows would be mailed also. These are very expensive feather pillows and I am willing to pay for their shipment back to me. I have been unable to talk to a manager. I am only able to talk to the front desk people who keep saying they will mail the pillows but they never do. I am very frustrated and do not know what else to do. Please help me get the pillows mailed to me. We are willing to pay for the shipment of the pillows, but I cannot get anyone to take them to the post office or any other shipping place. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted], or whoever they want, to mail me the two pillows. They have all the payment information they need to do this.
