I rented a property from Violet Schmid from Rodeo Realty.I moved out.I have not been refunded my $11,800 refundable deposit, I recently rented a home in Hollywood from Rodeo Realty/2241 Beachwood drive.I moved in 3/XXXXX I moved out 5/1/2016. I paid by check $17,800 to move in $11,800 was a refundable deposit.The Agent was Violet Schmid. I was skeptical about leaving a $12,000 deposit with this Agent...But she assured me my deposit would be returned as long as the house was returned in good condition.2 Months in I had an Unforeseen family tragedy.I needed to move back to Arizona and terminate my lease early.I spoke with Violet Schmid and she stated "If you can find me a qualified renter..I will refund your deposit" I was able to find a very good friend to move in within 1 week. Violet Schmid and Rodeo Reality has not returned 1 Penny of my money,they also threatened to sue me for the entire term of the lease $72,000 and will not return calls or e-mails.There is literally another
