I Mr.[redacted] don't agree with rodelos towing statement. I would like to take further action immediately. Yes my vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident, but damages done to my suspension and fender was not caused by the accident. I have 3 different quotes from suspension companies that specialize in the type of suspension I have in my truck. I was there when rodelos towed my truck. My tire and rim were still on my truck. When I went to pick up my truck from the tow yard somebody put the lug nuts in my right side front door and my tire and rim laying against the dumpster. There is more damage done, I have paperwork to prove the damages caused from the accident and damages due to rodelos unprofessional sloppy job.

[redacted]'s Towing maintains that we did no further damage to vehicle. Cause of damage was du to traffic accident. Our driver did remove tire and put lug nuts in door panel so that more damage would not be done while the vehicle was being pulled up onto flatbed tow truck. Driver stated tire and wheel were hanging from vehicle. I would like to submit a copy of Vehicle Report (form CHP 180) filled out by Ofc Harrignton at the scene of the accident.

I [redacted] is not satisfied with any feed back that Rodelos Towing is saying. I have the same copy from Officer Harrington, (form CHP180).There is nothing stating anything about my tire "hanging off" or already off. Yes, there was some damage done to my vehicle due to the accident. There is also damage done to my vehicle due to Rodelos Towing my vehicle on the tow bed.
