Mitch is not reliable. I signed a contract with him November 2015. It's now October 1, 2016 and he has still not completed the project I hired him for. He will not return phone calls. I'm now being fined $500 from the water company for not completing this project on time. Not only will I have to pay another Plummer to fix and complete the terrible job he stared, but I'll also need to hire a landscaper to fix the mess he left my yard in. Do not hire Mitch. He's may run off with your money as he's done to two of my neighbors.
