Unfortunately due to HIPAA guidelines, we are unable to give details of a patient's account to anyone other than the patientThe information requested via this complaint is on record and available to the patient per requestI have attached an unsigned (due to HIPAA) Financial Policy that clearly states our cancellation policiesFor the most part, cancellation fees are not added to an account unless the patient has had previous cancellations on recordWe have reached out to the patient via phone this morning in order to answer any questions that they may have in regards to the claim reportedAs a courtesy, we have also written off the $fee in an effort to resolve this amicably
