Fantastic workmanship and customer service.

We had our complete HVAC system replaced and it is better than ever. In fact our PG&E bill has been reduced by about $40.00 a month and we are using the system more than before replacement.

The workers were fast, efficient and their attention to detail was an inspiration to craftsmanship.

I can't say enough good about this company.

Review: On 11-4-15 Rod Johnson heating and air of Stockton, ca. was called by my mother because her heater would not light when adjusting the thermostat for heat. A technician arrived and after checking the heating unit indicated to my mom that there was a crack in the heat exchanger and had a picture he had taken to show her for proof. There was only talk of replacing the unit and not attempting to do any repairs. The cost for the replacement of the unit was $4000 We had another service come out for a second opinion and found there was no crack in the heat exchanger at all and a part was purchased to do the repair and the heater works perfect. All at a cost of $250. My mom is 85 years old and reading other posts about this company it seems they don't have any problem targeting women in hopes of making a lot of money in unnecessary equipment replacements and they still want their fee from her for them lieing to her about the condition of her heater. This kind of activity from a business is completely unacceptable to us consumers. Especially of the older population. Service order #1078Desired Settlement: Refund the $39.95 to my mom and have this somehow documented so other consumers are well aware of the tactics of this company.
