In regard to the shingles flapping up and down and one flipping up, we had a storm with winds between and mph I am not responsible for damage caused by Mother Nature a year laterI put two nails in the shingles to hold the tabs until I had time to fix the shingles correctly which I
have doneThere were also shingles on the main house that were blown up that I fixed for them but I didn't do the roof on the main houseI just fix them to be nice.Regarding the spouting, the spouting itself was not dripping, the drip was coming from behind the spouting I screwed the spouting tighter to the facia board.The ceiling soffit on the porch was sagging down so I put a small white trim nail to secure the sag. The deck is not crooked and does not dip The wood framing for the deck is correct at inches on centerI did have a x board sag but I replaced two of those As for the porch edge having nails along the edge I have no idea what they are talking about.When I was done they both loved it, said it looked great and now a year later they have problemsWhy did they wait for over a year if there were any concerns?
