I am rejecting this response because: I have previously been in touch with MsA***, but have not received the letter nor the check (she expressed she went on vacation-but would provide Revdex.com a copy of the letter and check, but has not mailed the actual refund to me) In addition, without hesitation, there was absolutely no reference/requirement/commitment made upon the $deposit that was cited with my commitment to take seat as a passenger on a boat capacity for 6, that a $charge would occur the next day Please recognize that information for future reference with the Revdex.com for negative trends/practicesThank you

peoples booked is $300.00, non-refundable. That is why your credit card was charged this amount. We do not book parties for less then 6 persons. On September 27, 2015 you cancelled your trip.
