Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In an attempt to obtain an update to my order, I sent several emails, all of which were met with no responseA request for a status is not at all unreasonable, especially since the website did not provide clear updates and I was uncertain from the start about the validity and trustworthiness of this company I only received a response after I issued a complaint to the Revdex.com, so their excuse about their email server is not believableIn addition, after this, I received several surprisingly hostile emails from Jeff, the owner, which were not only unprofessional and abusive, but upsetting given that his company is in the pet memorial business.(I just lost my beloved cat and placed an order with his business for a memorial stone.) To be treated like this from a business owner is simply unacceptable This owner need to learn customer service and communication skillsI do not recommend this company at all and strongly urge others to think carefully before doing business with this owner Sincerely, [redacted] ***
