I received Rocky’s response to my complaint and it’s totally false First, the main oil spill in question is ½” in diameter, with 10-smaller “quarter sized” drops around the main spot Second, my car was not even anywhere near where the oil was dripped They extended and lowered their flat bed back to where my car was sitting then they retract the bed back to above the truck The spill is directly where their truck was sitting Third, clutch fluid is clear not black like the oil spill in question and my car did not leak anything on the driveway Fourth, Rocky’s may have come out and looked at the spill, when no one was home, they may have even scrubbed on the driveway, but they certainly did not get rid of the marksThey are still plainly visible I have scrubbed the area in question, with different products, all designed to cleanup oil spots, no less than times now and each time it has gotten lighter, but it is still present The year of their truck, is in reality totally irrelevant A vehicle, is already years old, and can certainly leak, as it most certainly did in this case Rocky’s Towing, needs to quit making excuses and take care of the problem that their truck caused Thank you for your concern on this matter** [redacted]
