At the time of the job's completion, my husband voiced some concerns (albeit minor) to Mr [redacted] concerning the quality of the work He was basically told that we could do any needed corrections ourselves Also, during their time working, some member of the crew did damage to a breaker This led to having to call an electrician in order to repair a light that would no longer function I tried to contact Mr [redacted] on numerous occasions via phone, e-mail and letter to discuss what might be a fair sharing of that repair cost I was never contacted by either Mr [redacted] or anyone representing his company Overall our floors do look good, but I feel a true professional would've addressed our concerns and also made right the cost incurred due to negligence on their part
