STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This is a fraudulent business masquerading as a guest house. I booked a number of days to stay. The owner charged my card immediately ($856) with no contact or check-in information. I gave it a day, then sent a greeting message through the booking platform telling them I look forward to staying with them. A number of contact attempts by the booking company and myself have gone unanswered since then (10 days later).
The booking company informed me that the owner has a "no refunds" policy... a month ahead of time? That is ridiculous, particularly because I have had NO CONTACT from the owner to date. I have no idea on where to go, where to park, or how to check in. For anyone that reads this... save yourself the trouble. Also read the reviews on Hotels.com. I only read the ones on VRBO (who I booked through) and they do not tell the story. These people are an absolute nightmare and should be investigated for fraud.
