On October [redacted] 2014, client arrived with a short pixie cut and requested for a trim. Therefore, [redacted] trimmed her hair with scissors taking about a half of an inch off. We had hoped she accepted our apology for the miss communication of her haircut.
As for the clients color; it was done...
