We are very sorry to hear about the issues the customer is having with the Techniseal Color Boost As the name states the product is intended to enhance color On the back of every jug of this product, there are directionsWhile the customer states in her complaint that the directions were read, they were not read very thoroughly As with every sealer the directions state, “ALWAYS TEST on a small hidden area of approximately sqftto ensure that results meet your expectations.” As far as the absorption, the directions go on to state, “Sprinkle a few drops of water on surface If water is absorbed, move on to the next point If water is repelled, DO NOT apply this product.” We would like to reiterate that [redacted] told her all of this in addition to its being printed on the jug Having said this, we would be willing and happy to refund the purchase price for the sake of helping the customer with the issue

Back in July of 2012 The crew put a steel roof on our house. As we all know the wind in [redacted] Valley can exceed 75 miles per hour. The roof is still intact, the snow and rain rolls of like off a ducks back. They also installed a pre made bay window on the West kitchen wall. My review of their workmanship is superb. They did an outstanding job on my patio, but they damaged my RV Parking gate and left a mess in my back yard. There was trash from the guys who ate while taking a break and even though I requested they be careful with my sliding RV parking door, they still broke some wood panels off from not picking it up high enough so it cleared the concrete. They also didn't secure the gate, sometimes leaving it opened so my dogs were roaming freely through out the neighborhood. I've mentioned it to the owner and have not received any sort of compensation or apology from him.","neu-1
