Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? I appreciate your offer of help.? I will scan my mailing lable and send it to you, but I'm away from a scanner until Monday, and so cannot make my response within days.? Sincerely, [redacted] ***
I am baffled to be honestCould you please scan and email me the address portion of the postcard so I can approach my mailing company with this? Obviously there is a hole in our methods and I want to take care of this as soon as possible! Thank you for bringing this to my attention

The customer is indeed an hour do not mail list that is used every time we mail somethingThe confusion sometimes is from one of our sewing and quilting companies that puts on an event uses their mail list but on the
other side of the postcard has an advertisement from us, showing that we are a show sponsorWe do not send this out and have no control over their mailing list
I want them to take me off all contact lists and to stop sending me advertising

I am rejecting this response because:? this is not a mailing from a different company.? This is not a post card about an event.? This is YOUR advertising mailing.? This is the same response you gave me last time I came into the store with my last advertising mailing from you.? You said I was on your do not mail list and should not have received that either.? That was a few months ago, and I'm still receiving YOUR mailing.?
Sincerely,
