P.S I have called Rocky Mountain Roofing and told them I am happy with the repair work that they completed I requested a final bill As soon as I receive it, I will pay it and send a copy of the bill and my check to my insurance company

overwhelmed with our workload The roof was completed in October, our first repair of the quarter sized chips was not
satisfactorySee attachment # The area of concern
was a result of swelling due to the masonite wicking moisture from the close proximity to the roof See attachment #
The lower row of siding has now been replaced - See attachment #
Fully aware that the repairs still needed to be completed, we did not request payment for the job until we were confident that our customer was fully satisfied
Hopefully at this time, the customer is fully satisfied
