I had a difficult project and this company was brought in in the middleIf it wasn't for them, I'm sure my house still wouldn't be finishedThe quality of work and attention to detail are top notchI couldn't be happier

Rocky Mountain Restoration has had out deposit for over a year Promises to start work "in two weeks", or "next week," or "Thursday" are not kept Work still has not started Calls are rarely answered I don't want my deposit back, I want the work done and done right

Project was a sqft home & I planned to spend 80K on renovations8/8/15, I signed a contract & wrote RMRC the first checkLance attempted to do major work on my house without pulling permits10/I realized that no permits had been pulledAt this point, drywall was being installed: covering up electrical, plumbing, & HVAC changesI stopped all work & confronted LanceLance said he would pull permits right away & explained he was trying to save me moneyPermits were pulled 10/8/of the permits did not pass initial inspectionI.emy HVAC system had several holes in the clear, flexible plastic liner that was installed as ductworkThe inspector required that the plastic liner be replaced & either an insulation sleeve be installed over plastic or be replaced with metal ductwork
We had several more honesty issues with RMRC - too many to list hereIn hindsight, I should have started this process by contacting the Regional Building Department & educated myself
