We recently received information that a complaint was filed against Great Lakes Construction for a roofwe installed on 10/02/The following is our response:The homeowner informed us o f some leaking they were having shortly after the roof was installed andwe immediately went out, looked at the
area, found where we thought the problem was and attemptedto correct itAfter approximately three different occasions occurring before 2015, we heard nothingfrom the homeowner until the Spring of so assumed the problem was taken care ofIn thehomeowner contacted us again to say the problem was still there, had never really stopped and that shewas just tired of contacting us so decided not to bother but now there was damage to her living roomceiling and she wanted the problem, and the ceiling, fixedBecause o f the previous visits to her homewe decided the best course of action was to just completely tear off the shingles and ice and watershield in the valley area and redo it, which we did on September 20, 2016.I have attached several photos o f the area from September as we were re-doing the area.Thank you for your time and the chance to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,Mark T***
