Customer had a dispute with an independent contractorAfter speaking with him, she had also spoken to the owner of the companyCustomer stated she was not happy and explained what happenedThe owner was more than willing to help her out and explained company policiesPer company
policy (since we sell food) there is a buyers right to cancel with a grace period of three daysAfter the hours is up we are more than willing to swap out or exchange any product there afterCustomer said that would be fine agreed to an exchange and said she would be out of town for 2-weeks but would be in contact with the owner upon her returnShe never text or called back and proceeded to write this complaintWe care about our customers and didn't want her to be unsatisfied. Unfortunately we can not do a refund, however we do carry over fifty different products and would love to do an exchange
