street. I refunded him all the labor we charged him for and only asked for him to pay for the tow. As for the parts he claims were broken by us, these were parts that were causing the issue the truck came in for, therefore we will not be issuing any further credits on this ticket.

As stated before, the truck was in derate (unable to go over 1500RPM or 45MPH) when it arrived. We found multiple codes and were able to clear and get the truck out of the derate condition. Our technician inspected the truck and found multiple codes as spent the time to resolve the issues. The $99 is our standard computer hookup fee. We billed the customer for the work performed and advised him of the multiple issues present in the truck, which he declined to fix.
