Hi,

I contacted one of your Denver offices requesting a quote on road base. I needed about 200tons of it, possibly more. This seems like a pretty tall order, even for you guys. I was first put on hold, waited about 30min with no one to pick up my hold. Hung up and called back, to which the lady replied 'oh yeah! we forgot you were on hold...sorry'. That is by every means UNACCEPTABLE. I cannot believe you forgot about a customer over the phone. They then continued to tell me 'yeah yeah we have your contact information, someone will be contacting you shortly to give you a quote' (not exaggerating those words). 2 hours later, I call back for a 3rd time, and they again tell me 'oh yeah! Sorry about that, we forgot to hand your information to the sales staff'. AGAIN THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I can't believe you guys forgot about me TWICE! This company blows. Never buying material here ever!
