I was booked as talent for 3 commercials in August and October of 2019 and have yet to be paid in full for them. I have sent numerous emails and direct messages that for the most part have went unanswered. When I did receive a reply it was always a promise to pay which didn't happen. I even sent a stamped self addressed envelope when I was told the check was in the mail which I never seemed to receive. We were supposed to meet twice and both times it never happened. After repeated emails I finally received partial payment in June of 2020 and was told I would be receiving the remaining amount ASAP. It is now the end of August and still no payment. I find this to be very unprofessional and a very poor business practice. I want to be paid in full so we can put this behind us.

I spoke with thatphotographer and that was not true, she was available but you chose to cancel the event withone day's notice. Per our message exchanges, copies attached, you agreed to the refund as wewere scheduled out of state on the date you rescheduled the event, March 7, 2020.I have messaged you several times since January 17th trying to get my refund and as of today,have still not received the $285.00. We have been in contact with the person that made this complaint and have refunded the amount for our workshop. We do have a NO Refund Policy but because they had a trip planned on our reschedule date we agreed to refund for them.
