I have documentation there was a year parts replacement and a year limited warranty for defects found in the boiler section assembley within yearswhen I contacted *** they told me the only thing that was covered for fifteen years was one part inside the boilerBut if this boiler had
been installed in such a manner that we could access to the panel for proper maintenance most likely it would have lasted longerWith 1/2" clearance from the wall nobody could have serviced this boiler and rocky mountain climate control should have known this prior to installationif you need a copy of the warranty I will send it or FAX itThank you for your assistanceSincerely *** ***
