tannery and state sales tax. it did take me 3-4 weeks to get bear out because of recently moving my 
shop (end of Nov.). I had been trying to get organized and keep caught up with work going out the door. 
I had several boxes of tanned hides to go through and wanted to wait to open when the moving mess 
was more organized. When she picked bear hide up demanded money back from the deposit, I told her 
the $750.00 deposit would cover the tanning of the bear. Other taxidermist contacted can quote them 
any price they like. I am not going to do the tanning at cost. The deposit is money in good faith that they 
would hold up their end of the contact. They decided not to continue with the project therefore the 
tanned bear was returned. The deposit forfeited which in any contract would be normal business 
practices.
