On June 17, when I checked in, I was told I hadn't requested a king ***[THIRD PARTY SELLER] (Jenna) confirmed I reserved a king, so Donna G***, manager, said they'd put me in a double, comp one night's stay, and move me to a king the next day The next day, June 18, Ashley J*** said *** would have to contact the resort to refund the one night's stay *** (Antoinette) said to call after check out, June 19, and I checked out today, 8:10AM

Theft and fraud unauthorized charge to debit card months later after free 2night stay
I recieved a mail offer for a free 2night stay which I used on July ,of Upon check in I was informed about no smoking in the room which was no problem to go outside and smokeBut I spent most of my time in the smoking section of the casino where I spent all my money as wellWell after my Free stay I didnt make it back home to NJ tues.night before they were trying to charge my debit card $for smoking in the room which I never didWhen I became aware of this I contacted Rocky Gap to question why they were trying to charge my card and thats when they told me that I smoked in the roomI told them I did not smoke in the room as I spent most of my time in Casino and they told me they had proofI asked what proof could they have if I didnt do what they accused me of,they responded by saying Security had video proofNow im freaking out wondering how they could have any video of what
