Your customer service is terrible and quality of product to be questioned. I have contacted senior management at the company in regards to this along with social media.

I have given the proof of purchase two times to the rocky boot company via email. I also sent it to the Revdex.com. attached is the scan of my...

proof of purchase as well as the images they requestedd when I tried to RMA my boots to them last year. the email used was [redacted]I sent all my correspondence in a previous email with all images to the Revdex.com last week.

I am rejecting this response because: Amazon has a 30 day return policy, which disqualifies these for return. I am still requesting a full refund.

If you are wanting a refund you will have to return through Amazon for the refund of your purchase.  We can exchange the boot out for you if we have available stock.  If you are looking to exchange please give our customer service a call.  If you are looking for a refund you will have to return through Amazon.  They are aware of our 1 year agreement and return frequently with us.Thank you, [redacted]

purchased from [redacted]; Rocky Brands does not hold the financial transaction to refund the customer purchase. Additionally, the customer does not have a receipt, further complicating this matter. We did offer Mr. [redacted] a discount code towards a future purchase. The boots will need to be taken back to the place they were purchased from.  Even if the boots were within the 1 year warranty we have no stock to replace them with.  That is why you were given the 50% discount code off your next purchase.  All returns should be taken back to the place of purchase for exchange or credit.  Since the boot is now outside of the warranty period the dealer will more than likely not exchange or replace.  Our warranty for waterproofing is 6 months from the date of purchase.http://www.rockyboots.com/warranty/product-warranty.htmlROCKY® Product WarrantyROCKY ® is a federal registered trademark of Rocky Brands, Inc. The warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear. I am rejecting this response because: The manufacturer is telling me to contact the retail business, which I already have. I explained that in my original message. They will not take the boots back per se, but would take them and then mail them to the manufacturer under "manufacturer's defect." They are not defective.  I just do not like them because they are uncomfortable and hurt my feet and ankles after an hour. I want my money back for both pair.
