First the customer service is very poorThey will (if they will pick your call) keep you on hold for more that mins then hung up,this is after the must have collected your moneyThey buy inspection on their cars, and sell lemon to you They will tell you they changed this and that oil, fluid and all what not, all lies The truck I bought from them went for repairs two weeks after purchase and they told me it was not covered by their warranty, Water leakage inside the truck whenever it rains, check engine light showing, truck making noise above miles.I took it back and after two weeks ( paying for a rental car out of my pocket to move around meanwhile I just purchased a vehicle) they told me the vehicle has been diagnosed but the repairs is my responsibilityIN TWO WEEKS OF PURCHASE !! I have to spend over a thousand bucks for repairs?? even before paying my first note on the truckThough the gave me a portion of the parts then I took it somewhere else to fix itAs if that was not enough, after two months I have not received my licence plate number which they claimed they send to a wrong address, seriously?? And they stopped picking my calls when I was calling the office because the temporary tag the gave me will expire in two daysThe sales person (Sam) is the only person that will try to help you but his powers are limited to some certain extent
