honestly can not please everyoneShe was told that the driver had another run and would be back for her and when the limo showed up it was not trashed but it showed signs of use from the party that rented it hourlyWhen you pay for pick up drop off service we do our best to accommodate to the best and closest timesWe tried very hard to resolve the situation by giving her a full refund for the second half of the tripI spoke with her on the phone very apologetically about the circumstances and never hung up on herShe didn't get a full refund and threatened to go online and bash our name and that is exactly what she is doing
