Rockstar Cheer

Amy ***, the owner of Rockstar Cheer Las Vegas has claimed to send in payment from fees parents have already paid, for uniforms ($500) practice gear ($300) and warm ups ($140) on Oct 31, 2019. She cannot provide an invoice, bank staement or receipt to show that she in fact paid.
I have correspondence from January 21, 2020 from the company she claims to have ordered and paid the items from indicating that since payment has not been received from Amy, the items are not in production.
It is $940 per athlete. The order form she was able to provide showed an amount of over $15,000 for all the athletes. I have asked her to refund the money and she continues to stick to her story of sending the payment in and it is not her fault. She has either pocketed the money or used it for other things. We all paid for this gear and she is not planning on following through with her part of the agreement.
She also said this company gave us black sports bras and capris for free since they are so behind as an apology and has taken that back and now said it was $100 that we owe (part of the practice gear cost)
She signed an agreement to pay me $1560 by 1/23/2020 but then decided to only pay me $1250. She also agreed to sell all items not yet recieved as soon as they come in and that money will be given back to me. If she never pays for the items they will not be delivered and I will not recieve the money from them.
There are lots of other parents in the same situation tyring to get any amount of the money they have already paid for services and products not recieved from Amy.

I would like to address some major issues I have with Amy *** Owner of Rockstar Cheer Las Vegas. All parents prepaid for Competition Uniforms $500.00, Practice Wear $100.00, Warmup Jackets & Joggers 151.55, Team Tank Coverups $27.06 in October 2019,(total would have been around $18,000.00)for Competition season starting December 14,2019. No one has received any uniforms as of 01/31/2020. Also Amy had a special Rockstar Onesie $48.71 to purchase in November for Christmas presents (optional) that No one has received either as of 01/31/2020. Amy claims they got held up in customs in China. Amy has also stated the reason No one has received Competition Uniforms is that *** the company she ordered from lost her check, Rep for company made a mistake, *** can't find, ect! Amy had our daughter's compete at *** in *** competing in black capri length leggings and a black sports bra top. Amy knew they had no chance of placing, due to the fact that one of the things they are judged on is appearance! Amy also had parents prepay $1400.00 in Competition fee's(No one was ever provided with any breakdown of how monies for competition's would be allocated.) I emailed on 01/23/2020 & had a conversation with Amy letting her know I was taking my daughter out of Rockstar & would like to be refunded $827.32 for clothing I never received & the balance of $890.00 for comp fee's, for competition's my daughter will not be attending. Amy told me she is not going to refund me, because the Uniform's are coming in the mail & "I can either keep it, or resell to another team member" and that she has "already prepaid for Competitions". Also Amy told me that,"I have to give a 30 day notice, pay $300.00 quit fee & pay for February tuition of $220.00. I am filing this complaint for monies paid in good faith by me & other parents to Amy *** owner of Roackstar Cheer Las Vegas, were inappropriately used and/or not used at all in the manner in which they were intended.
