On May 30, 2015 went to Rockside Tire for a replacement tire and The tire blew out on the highway after a 2 hour drive.The company sold me a faulty tire.Product_Or_Service: TireDesired SettlementA Police Report will be filed for endangering lives.A Small Claims will be filed.Business Response Our tires are inspected several times before they are sold to our customers. There is a rare occasion where we have a quality issue with a used tire. But in this case and any other we had a issue with a used tire, it will be replaced at no charge to the customer.Consumer Response We have photos of the blown out tire and saved the tire.Employee was rude and kept us waiting - there were no other customers.This is unacceptable. Lives were in danger.Photos will be downloaded.Final Business Response [redacted] Spoke with Ms. [redacted] on phone, offered her a refund and explained to her that on an occasion a used tire may have a problem that we can not detect. Just as anything you purchase used. There is nothing we can do about the tire failure, all we can do is offer a refund and or replace the tire.
