Review: My wife [redacted] visited the Rocklin Oral surgery center on 3/25/15 and had oral surgery completed.at the time of treatment we were told to pay in full at time of service approximetley 600 dollars and were told that our dental insurance company [redacted] would reimburse us for at least half the the payment. We have contacted our dental insurance carrier several times most recently on 05/01/15.we were told by [redacted] that the Rocklin oral surgery center would be collecting an additional payment of 600 dollars from [redacted].Therfore we will not be reimbursed and are therefore out of pocket 600 dollars for dental treatment that was sub par.In addition to being out six hundred dollars my wife was not given any antibiotics post treatment.even though we ask for them.causing us to have to seek additional dental treatment from another dental office which has had considerably better results.we feel it is bad business for the doctor to get payed TWICE for one treatment.Desired Settlement: To receive the monies we are entiled to under our dental plan either a partial or full reimbursement. And explination as how the amount was calculated.
