Review: On 10/**/2014 I went to Rockland Eye for an appointment.After their excellent and professional service I paid in full.I verified that there were no addional charges with the receptionist.I have a receipt showing ZERO balance due.3 weeks later I got a bill for an ADDITIONAL $115.I talked with the billing dept, who did nothing.I keep recieving bills from them.I was told I paid in full, with a receipt that shows zero balance, and Rockland Eye continues to bill for an additional $115.They need to fix their accounting software problem for those that pay at the time of visit.Desired Settlement: Rockland Eye should zero out the amount they say I owe.Rockland Eye should correct errors in their accounting software.
