The statements made by the complainant are untrueOur office has attempted to contact [redacted] via telephone on occasionsFirst being on January 15th, where the only calls made were to the phone numbers assigned to [redacted] directSecond attempts were made on January 19th, Same numbers were used and since we did not receive a response to our written notice mailed to her address as of December 1st, nor a response to her direct listings, two potential relatives were contacted and voice messages requesting a call back or to kindly relay our number to [redacted] were leftAbsolutely nothing was disclosed concerning any details surrounding her claimFurthermore, we have never & would never ask anyone to pay or settle any claims on a voice mailAll we requested was that she please return the call & provided her claim # with the office as a point of reference

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I do appreciate if they don't call me. I have my credit bureau ***, ***, etcto check for my credit score and would appreciate if I will settle with them instead of them calling me

First being on January 15th, 2016 where the only calls made were to the phone numbers assigned to [redacted] direct. Second attempts were made on January 19th, 2016. Same numbers...

were used and since we did not receive a response to our written notice mailed to her address as of December 1st, 2015 nor a response to her direct listings, two potential relatives were contacted and voice messages requesting a call back or to kindly relay our number to [redacted] were left. Absolutely nothing was disclosed concerning any details surrounding her claim. Furthermore,  we have never & would never ask anyone to pay or settle any claims on a voice mail. All we requested was that she please return the call & provided her claim # with the office as a point of reference.
