Tommy showed up to bid the job and before we were even done hes ordering supplies and rocks. He had 3 guys there to start the job. 2 were building the deck and we made them stop because all the wood was horrible. Splits gouges holes. I told him to inspect the wood before he signed for it. He didn't. So I now have a deck with sub par wood . The entire rock areas are uneven .I called and called to see when he was coming back to finish. Yea that never happened. He had 1 guy doing all the rock work. Poor Marcus busted his butt. I have all email correspondences with him saying he will refund me the 365.00 it cost me extra to have someone else finish his job. His new excuses are he is in New Orleans working there after the hurricanes. I hope to God who ever tries to hire him goes to the BBB and looks him up. Because now he has an F rating ! I wish I could give him zero stars because crooks like him shouldn't get to pray on people.

We signed a quotation for repairs of our hurricane Harvey damaged condo on May 8,2018 with Rocking H Consultants. We were given promise after promise of what was being done, what was finished and when the condo would be habitable. Originally we were told he could be in & out of there in 3 weeks after starting. As of today, 12/4,2018, its not completed and uninhabitable.The project has cost us more funds than anticipated. Request for "labor draws" are made every week in large amounts for work that we don't see completed.
