This place is a JOKE. I ordered 3 Classic Equine boot accessory totes for a rodeo banquet that we were having in like a month. Anyways, I submitted my order and got the confirmation email back with my order number along with it saying \"I will receive an additional email once my order has been shipped.\" A week went by and I still had not gotten an email saying my items had been shipped out nor an email saying these items have been backordered. I started getting a little worried so I called the customer service number XXXXXXXXXX that was on the email saying if you have any questions please call us. Once again that was another JOKE. I called the number for a week leaving voicemails, sent several emails even sent them a Facebook message and never heard back from them. At this point I am starting to get very upset with the way they are running business. Finally 2 weeks later I get an email from them stating \"the only boot accessory tote they have available is 1 that I had chose from and to please let them know by replying to the email if I would like to just receive that one design or if I would like to choose different colors to replace the discontinued ones, or to just cancel my order.. I mean really... I have been trying to get ahold of yawl for a week and you only have the respect to send me an email back. Very upset with they way they have handled business. You would think they would at least call and apologize for such a delayed time. I would have expected an email from them within a few days following an order if the items had been backordered, but that wasn\'t even the case. They no longer even had the items. UPDATE your website if that\'s the case. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
