Our case investigation, based on photos provided by the customer, resulted with the concussion that buyer used straps in a way different to pictures presented on the website, with clasps buckled on the inner side of the boots, which caused a minor damage of the surface and didn't affect boots functionality.Taking into account that this damage was caused by improperly buckled lacing and that the final damage didn't affect boots functionality we wanted to offer some sort of compromise but the buyer decided to file a claim
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
Danial [redacted]The business stated that the damage was minor; this is false as the lacerations caused by the clasp to the leather are deep and plenty. Also, there were no written instructions on how to specifically wear the straps or clasps (which side of the boot). The business states that the picture acts as a set of instructions. I find that reasoning daft. Furthermore, if the clasps were rotated to mimic the picture, the faulty clasp would have harmed people passing by. The business was also completely unwilling to come to an agreement during email conversations. I rightly call their statement a lie pertaining to an agreement. I still make my initial request of a full refund including shipping.
