Once you enter into contract, they don't want to see you, hear you, and forget about them talking to you or answering you.
They are not best in term of architecture capabilities and meeting timelines
they have no clue how to interact with customer, Only sales agent will talk to you with shallow information and mostly it will not help/resolve any of the issues you brought in ; attaching sample of their work for your reference.
Don't go builders without doing proper research...

I'm currently in the process of building a home with Rockford homes. Buyer beware of the complete dates that they provide you. Or beware if they don't provide you with a complete date at all. The communication during the first 11 months has been non-existent. Highly disappointed and don't want to hear about covid and supply chain issues when I see other builders knocking homes out.

In an effort to resolve this matter, we have contacted the owner of [redacted] , [redacted] and agreed to pay them to meet with the ***'s and design a landscape plan for screening a swimming pool in the side yard [redacted] 's direct office number is ###-###-####Once a plan is designed and priced we can try to resolve this issue
