Review: BOUGHT A ROCKFORD FOSGAT AMPLIFIER FOR MY MOTORCYCLE THE AMP IS BROKEN, CALLED THEM THEY TRIED TO QUICK FIX OVER THE PHONE WITH NO LUCK TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE BACK WHERE I BOUGHT ITTOOK BACK TO PLACE OF PURCHASE AND THE SAID IT WAS BAD AND NEEDED TO RETURN TO ROCKFORD FOSGATETHE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT TO THEMI FEEL THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BECAUSE THE AMP IS BROKE AND SHOULD NOT COST ME TO RETURN IT FOR THEIR MISHAPSIT ALSO RUINED THE BATTERY ON MY MOTORCYCLE BECAUSE THE AMP DONT SHUT OFF LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TOO THE BATTERY WAS 189.00 I THINK I PAID ENOUGH FOR THERE MISTAKESDesired Settlement: DONT WANT TO PAY TO RETURN A BROKEN ITEM ITS UNDER WARRANTY
