In response to the complaint: The ASPMA holds no responsibility of the employerYour employer acted on their own behalf and the ASPMA, under no circumstances, aided in the termination of this employeeAfter the employee was caught cheating on the online exam, her employer was notified by the
online exam proctor, *** ***, ASPMA President and Q&E chairpersonNo recommendations of this employee were made to her employer by the ASPMA and any decisions based on the termination was strictly decided upon by her supervisors at the Podiatry practiceIf she chooses to contact her previous employer, I would encourage her to do soThe ASPMA holds high standards, such that all online and onsite exams are NOT to be a group effort and must be taken individuallyCheating is never condoned by the ASPMA nor do we encourage group efforts on any examsAll members are provided with a copy of the ASPMA bylawsAs stated in our bylaws, membership fee is not refundableThis employee will also not be issued any refund for her PMAC exam Respectfully, *** ***, ASPMA President
