liability could be determined. This is a military claim and the settle has to made in accordance with the Department of Transportation Regulatory guidelines. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Settlement has still not been finalized. I only received a response and offer after contacting the military legal claims office on 11/17. Rockey's responded within just a couple of hours of legal contacting them. I responded to the offer on 11/17 with additional questions because they are only offering partial payment for the surfboard, and retaining salvage rights. They offered full replacement value for the remaining items, likely because they are much cheaper. I didn't receive a response back to my questions on 17, 18, or 19 Nov. On 20 Nov, I had to send another email asking for a status. I received a response on 11/20 asking where to send the check to, but my questions weren't answered regarding $300 with no salvage rights, or $500 with full salvage rights. I am still completely dissatisfied with their lack of responsiveness since August 24th and repeatedly ripping Soldiers off by dragging their feet in hopes that they'll forget about their claims. I am confident that EVENTUALLY my claim will be resolved, but will continue to elevate my complaints on this awful business in hopes that I may help my fellow Soldiers.Regards,[redacted]
