Review: Failure by the company to respond to my email or certified letter on how to go about returning the product for a refund.

I purchased 2 bottles of Yacon Root Extract for $55.97, hoping they would help me lose weight as advertised. Since I did not see any results at all, I emailed the company asking them to respond to me on how to go about returning the product. I noticed there was no valid phone number in the ad nor on the web and the number that was shown no longer worked. So, I sent a letter by certified mail asking again for the company to get in touch with me by email or by phone and let me know how to return the product for a credit. [redacted] signed for my certified letter on 4/4/14. To date I have still not received the kindness of any response. I'm concerned this isn't a legitimate company because they do not advertise their phone number and because there was no copy of an invoice in the package I received only the bottles.Desired Settlement: Refund of $55.97 back on my credit card.

On April 5, 2013 I ordered online ONE bottle of Garcenia Cambogia diet pills for the price of $70.95. I received TWO bottles & saw that my Pay Pal account was charged for both. There was a money back guarantee so I tried one bottle without any weight loss and returned BOTH bottles...one used, one unopened, within the time allowed. Since the mailing envelope had a return address of Intermountain Fulfillment I mistakenly returned them to their address of 363 N. University Ave., suite 100, Provo, UT 84601. After not hearing anything back from them over a long time I reported it to Revdex.com. Then when I originally reported this to Revdex.com I got an answer from them saying that they only distribute the items ordered. So on further investigation I found the correct name & address via my Pay Pal order. Now I'm reporting to you the actual company who hasn't returned my money. The name of the company is Rocket Genetics, 10394 N. Morgan Blvd., Cedar Hills, Utah 84062-8057.Desired Settlement: I want the complete refund of $141.90 for two bottles of pills that were charged to my account. Two were sent & charged to me when only one was ordered.
