Review: On Sept 22, 2014 I discovered a total of 24 charges totalling $240 on my checking account that were listed as CE and also showed a phone number. When I called the phone number listed, I spoke with a representative who told me the only thing she could do was forward this to her supervisor. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told I was not allowed to and that her supervisor would be calling me back in a few days. I then went into my bank and had to have my debit card blocked and now have to get a new one. The bank manager who helped also called that same number and asked to speak to a supervisor and was also told he was not allowed to speak to a supervisor as well.Desired Settlement: I just want the money refunded to my account.
