Rockdale Youth Soccer Association

I paid $298 on feburary 3rd 2020 for my 2 boys to play spring rec soccer (even wrote on the check in the memo line "Brandon and Evan spring soccer") and my oldest was scheduled to start games the last weekend of February, my other son was supposed to start the first week of march. They both went to 1 practice and then they started canceling everything due to Covid-19 and they told us all to wait a few weeks then to wait til the end of April and now they just emailed that they are not doing a indoor summer season but they hope to fit in some time for the kids who paid to play but it's not going to be a full season for and its gonna be outdoor in summer heat which is not what I paid for and I think I should be able to choose if it's safe for us to go in a big crowd for soccer games and I don't think its smart. They said they are not doing refunds because they have expenses too but I paid for a service I didn't receive so I don't think it's fair that I should be out for their big company's expenses.
