Rockbrook Creek Apartments

I live at Rockbrook Creek and have no accessibility to the parking lot accept to walk over a storm drain and its dangerous when it rain
I live in apt XXXXX and the pathway to the parking lot empty's in to space 15A which was rented for $100, so the only way to enter the parking lot is to walk over a storm drain, when it rains water flows into the drain and I step into a puddle of waterI feel boxed in, I been living here for months and rent is $a month and I pay my rent on time, the space 15A has been rented for months now, and I just can't believe that the manager was so mean that she would box me in like this, I emailed her about this and she told me to walk over the storm drain, I told her that I was going to move the end of October but now I am wondering how I am going to move out of here, I feel homeless and I have paid my rent
