Price was better than dealer ship part, paid 40$ extra for 1 day shipping, item purchased on a monday, not delivered untill thursday, even with 24 hour processing item shouldn't have been delivered later than Wednesday

Buyer be ware they do not know what the meaning of customer service is ,shipped the wrong parts and admitted it but wanted me to wait and ship Wrong parts back then they would ship the correct parts. This would take up to 4 to 6days .what am I to drive to work in this time frame .VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION! !!!!

I have had a great experience the past few times of ordering from Rock Auto. They were able to save me a decent amount of money on parts for my Acura Integra GSR, in such hard financial times in this country this could not be any more important then right now. The parts that were shipped were of OEM quality if not the same OEM part used on the car which is important for reliability .

Nothing but good things,I had a coil pack on my 2007 hhr,so I went down to my local advance auto parts store to price the pack,it was 45$ not bad I thought,but thought I would check out rockauto,and to my pleasent surprise found it for half the price.I was able to purchase all four coils and replace the plugs for 104 dollars,not the cheap plugs but OEM plugs and the coil packs were Wells no off brand.Thanks Rockauto [redacted]

I purchase most all my required truck parts from this vendor. Rock Auto has carried all needed replacements that are of good quality per my requirements.

I have checked RA prices against local NAPA, AutoZone, OEM Dealer, and other online stores; Rock Auto overwhelmingly was the lower price and had more selections for the same item than many of the retailers checked. Parts ordered mid week expecting them to arrive first of next week with no special shipping request on my part. Surprisingly Saturday morning a FD-EX truck stopped by my house with my parts...! Awesome
The quality of the parts received have been excellent. The orders were complete, checked, verified, with packing slips checked by hand.
I did order spark plugs once and selected a line item with quantities of 4 only when I actually needed 6. I called customer service and wanted to change my order but the order was already filled and about to ship... The agent was quick to recommend a suitable solution and I had 2 more plugs on the way.
There are several people I work with that have shared experiences with the same great outcomes. None have had any negative feedback to my knowledge.
