I received an email from Revdex.com not long after that stating that they didn't handle those kinds of complaints so I didn't think the complaint had been filed. So I was surprised when I was contacted by Rockahock (RCI) a little over 2 weeks ago & we were able to resolve our issues. RCI just contacted me today & asked me to let the Revdex.com know our issues have been resolved. I'm glad the Revdex.com was able to put pressure on RCI to make them get this settled but I feel sorry for those staying there now, & any future extended stay guests unless RCI makes drastic changes to their billing & accounting
